We ship all orders across India with free shipping. Your order is processed within 2 days and usually reaches you 10 to 15 days after dispatch.

1. Order processing

•         We process and dispatch every order within 2 working days of placing it.

•         Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

•         You will get a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping charges

•         Shipping is free on all orders, anywhere in India.

•         There are no hidden delivery charges.

3. Delivery time

•         Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 days after dispatch.

•         Delivery time can vary by location, courier and weather.

•         Remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier details and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your parcel.

5. Delays

Sometimes delivery may be delayed because of festivals, bad weather, strikes or courier issues. These are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel. If your order has not arrived after 15 days from dispatch, please contact us.

6. Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you pay. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by a wrong or incomplete address.

7. Damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 15 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
